Magic Mushroom Cultures follows all federal and local laws regarding the sale of our microscopy research cultures. Early-stage cultures of psilocybe cubensis do not contain the illegal compounds psilocybin or psilocin. These compounds emerge in later fruiting stages if the culture is grown. We do not condone the growth of our early-stage cubensis cultures – they are sold legally for microscopy research (not growth) in accordance with all federal and local laws.
